PE 11.5.20 Week 8
Last week we began to think about fitness in the home. We will continue to follow the IG Home Sports Coaching for home ideas to raise your heart rate and build agility.
Starter: Warm up using the Chicken Dance, try to keep in time with the music.
Main: Follow the IG Sports Coaching, begin to think about activities you could create in your own house/outside space.
Plenary: Complete a cool down using the rainbow breathing techniques.
